Mr Shyam Prasad is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Food and Beverage Production under the Faculty of Hospitality Management and Catering Technology at RUAS. A professional chef who put in 5 years of working in the industry, he has supplemented it with 16 years of teaching. He holds a degree in hotel management from Mangalore University and an MBA in Human Resources from Sikkim Manipal University. His research focuses on recipe writing – nutritional food.
