ICT had Integrated all the Applications used across the campus with 0365 which is AD integrated for SSO.
This includes ERP, IEEE website, which is used for research and publication, Coursera Application Online Learning Platform, Online Examination Platform, Visitor Management system and Hostel Management System with Meal Booking facility for the Guest and Student.
Automation
In our Centralized ERP Application we have automated online fee payment system we have automated Centralized Procurement system across the Ramaiah University Of Applied Science University.
Hostel Management system automated with RFID ,QR Code and Biometric system for security compliance.
Collaboration
- O365 Implementation for the 18000 users to manage, email, one drive, Online learning and teaching, Collaboration with MS-Teams, Share point and other MS applications for the
- Deployed Azure Active Directory in Local Premises for User authentication on various internal applications and services.
- Implemented and trained our students/ staff to use MS-teams for Online Collaboration and Communication
