The Environment Committee will frame policies for Green Environment at RUAS, oversee the implementation of policies, create an action plan and implement the action plan for the promotion and upkeep of Green Environment at RUAS. This committee will be in force till 31st December 2025 or termination by way of an official notification, whichever is earlier.
General Notes:
- Student Representatives will be selected by the Member Secretary and the Convenor through expression of interest, screening and personal interviews of students of all faculties and schools. The tenure for a student representative is Aug '24. A new set of student representatives will be selected subsequently.
- Faculty members not mentioned above, but interested to be a part of the Environment Committee in future, will be selected and inducted to the committee after obtaining approvals from respective Deans and The Registrar. The number of such new inductions will be restricted to six.
