Greetings from the School of Social Sciences!
The School of Social Sciences is a young school comprising the departments of Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Data Science, and Public Policy. Being young, it thrives on conviction, courage, and compassion - values that we impart in you - our students - that we believe will stand you in good stead through your lives.
A strong emphasis on research to open doors to discovery
The School of Social Sciences envisions interdisciplinary research and developing use case applications at the intersection of social science & data science and law & governance to address and find solutions to real-world problems. The faculty and students work together to draw new insights into contemporary issues.
Important projects cutting across sections, including ICMR, ICSSR, and Governments, are underway, led by faculty partnering with students.

Classrooms
Modern technology-supported classrooms, which include an Audio-Visual facility and live streaming.
Library
A modern library with work desks, a discussion room and a language lab provide students with an environment for reading, reflecting and discussing curricular and co-curricular issues.
Common Room
The Students' Common Room is a place of resort and relaxation for the students during their leisure time.
