Our meticulously designed four-step redressal mechanism helps us address student grievances quickly and effectively.

Students encountering issues beyond the academic realm, such as instances of ragging or challenges related to accommodation, health insurance, scholarships, and cultural and sports events, can reach out to the Directorate of Student Affairs for redressal.

The 4 step redressal mechanism

Complaint Lodging

Fill out the Student Grievance Form and send it via email or a handwritten letter to the Director of Student Affairs. A duplicate of the complaint must also be submitted to the department's Proctor. Students must mention their credentials (name, course, year) in the complaint.

Verification

Upon receipt of the complaint, the Directorate of Student Affairs will verify it.

Action

Following the verification process, the department will take necessary measures to address and resolve the issue raised in the complaint.

Complaint Resolution Notification

Subsequently, the student will receive information on the resolution of the complaint.
