Having amassed 22 years of teaching experience, Mr Rajesh S is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Food and Beverage Service under the Faculty of Hospitality Management and Catering Technology, RUAS. He has been a part of the Departmental Promotional Committee for catering staff at a number of prestigious organisations such as BEL, ISRO and Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology. He has been appointed as an External Examiner by Bangalore University.
Mr Rajesh has a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and a Master’s degree in Tourism Management from Madurai Kamaraj University. He is interested in doing further research on healthy beverages.
