After completion of high school education, I completed my Bachelors in Hotel Management from Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa followed by specialized diploma in Bakery and pastry arts from Lavonne Academy, Bangaluru. In addition, I have pursued Bachelors in Advanced French Pastry Arts from National Pastry School (ENSP, France) in 2020. I have global industry experience spanning France and The UK in addition to India. I initiated my professional career as commie 3 in The Leela Palace and Resorts, Bangaluru for 2 years, followed by 1 year tenure in Brea Foods Pvt. Ltd. In France, I functioned as pastry chef and Glacier (Ice cream maker) in Patisserie Guyot and La Fabrique Givree respectively. My recent tenure was on the post of Food and Beverage Supervisor in Killin Hotel which covered managing guest service, bar management, front of the house, bookings and reservations, managing guest complaints and feedbacks.
