Vineeta Kumari is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Hospitality Management and Catering Technology (FHMCT), Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (RUAS). She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management from IHM, Guwahati, her master’s in hospitality administration from IHM, Bangalore, and her master’s in education management from IGNOU. She is currently aiming for a Ph.D. degree from Ramaiah University. Interested in research on destination bicycle tourism. She mentors UG and PG students for their research work. She is a core member of the Hospitality club and encourages students to participate in various inter and intra-college competitions and also helps them to enhance their skills and knowledge. She is also a core member of the university’s cultural and sports events organizing team. Her hobbies include cycling for which she won the gold medal at the state-level championships and participated in cycling national championships in 2019, and 2020 respectively.
