Dr. Vineeta Kumari is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Hospitality Management and Catering Technology at Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, Bengaluru, with 11 years of professional experience, including 10 years in academia and 1 year of industry exposure. She is committed to student-centric teaching, mentoring, experiential learning, and industry–academia collaboration. Her teaching and research expertise spans Hospitality and Tourism Management, Sustainable Tourism, Destination Bicycle Tourism, Housekeeping Operations, ESG and sustainability, and emerging technologies in hospitality.

She has published research papers in national and international journals and contributed chapters to Scopus-indexed publications by Bentham Science and IGI Global. Her research focuses particularly on sustainable destination development, stakeholder participation, community engagement, and innovative approaches to tourism and hospitality. She has also contributed to intellectual property development through patents related to predictive housekeeping, hotel management operations, service quality improvement, and smart hospitality solutions.
