She is a highly accomplished dental professional, having a diverse range of experiences and accomplishments in their field. Graduating with an impressive 7th Rank in MDS Examination from the esteemed Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in April 2015, a committed Pediatric dentist whose passion lies in providing the best possible dental care to children as every child deserves a healthy and beautiful smile.

As a researcher, her primary focus is on understanding the factors that contribute to dental decay in young children and developing effective strategies for preventing and treating this condition. Her research involves studying the impact of various risk factors such as diet, oral hygiene practices, and socio-economic status on the development of early childhood caries and currently pursuing her PhD on the same at Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences.

In addition to her work on early childhood caries, she is also interested in exploring effective behavior management techniques for pediatric dental patients. This involves developing strategies for reducing anxiety and fear among children during dental procedures, as well as improving communication between dentists and their young patients. Overall, her research aims to improve oral health outcomes among young children by identifying risk factors for early childhood caries and developing effective interventions to prevent and treat this condition.

In addition to the work in research and education, she has also been actively involved in community outreach and service. She has been the coordinator of “Danta Kavacha” the School Dental Health Program, which has helped to provide much-needed dental care to school children in the area and has published a report on the School Dental Health Program.

She has completed courses in a variety of specialized areas such as conscious sedation in pediatric dentistry, dental trauma and management, and the management of children with special healthcare needs. Additionally, she has expertise in managing medically compromised patients.
  • In addition to the practical training, she has also taken courses in systematic review and meta-analysis, as well as NPTEL courses on scientific writing in health research, Introduction to Systematic review for Dental Health Professionals and Ethics Review of Health Research. She has also completed Training on Responsible Conduct of Research and Publication Ethics through the ICMR.

  • She has been recognized for their contributions to the field of dentistry by being a part of the organizing committee for the 14th ISPPD National PG Convention in February 2017, where She also designed the souvenir.
