Facilities
The faculty is composed of thoughtfully-designed academic labs, research centres, libraries, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, as well as on-campus accommodation options.
From a host of eateries and cafes to convenience stores and coffee vending machines, our campuses have been designed and developed to ensure that the needs of every student are met.
Classroom
FDS has individual classrooms for I to IV year BDS. The classrooms are IT enabled and has smart boards along with traditional white boards. Each classroom is spacious and has a seating capacity of 60 students. In addition to these, we have an auditorium with seating capacity of 200 students to accommodate larger group for learning. Gurukula is utilized to engage students learning through innovative methods. Each department i.e. all 9 specialities have well equipped IT enabled seminars halls for training postgraduate students
Library
FDS has a spacious library divided into reading, reference, journal and internet sections. Library has separate facilities for undergraduates & postgraduates. Library is operational with textbooks and journals and is digitalized with Wi-Fi system and internet connectivity. Students & teachers have access to e-journals. Institute is a member of Scopus and EBSCO subscription.

Labs
The facilities at FDS include a wide range of labs that are designed and equipped to help students develop a deep understanding of their fields. Students learn under the close guidance of faculty members and experts, and learn to prioritize patient care with strict adherence to protocols and regulations.
Attached Chairs
In addition to well-equipped department labs and clinics, FDS has an attached 250-chair Dental Hospital as well as access to the Advanced Learning Center, and partner hospitals, where students learn through observation and practice.
This multipronged approach to dental education ensures that, in addition to knowledge, our students are equipped with the skills necessary to navigate the uncertainty of the future. They are molded into independent thinkers, determined scholars, and competent healthcare professionals who prioritize the well-being of patients above all else.
Basic Amenities
FDS, RUAS is endowed with renovated hostels, medical support systems (along with physiotherapy centre), modern gymnasium parking facility (available to both students and faculty), sports complex and playground of good standards. FDS has taken measures to address the need for vigilance and security. The campus is CCTV-enabled to cater to the safety requirements of a well-endowed and equipped campus receiving a huge footfall.
Students can make use of the well-equipped gym or the numerous indoor and outdoor sports facilities on campus. Sports enthusiasts can also become part of the university teams and train under attentive mentors and experienced professionals. Students from all faculties enthusiastically participate in university-level cultural events, using them to not only showcase their talent, but to also engage with their peers from different fields of study.
FDS, RUAS is constantly buzzing with academic, sports, and cultural events. Sports enthusiasts can also become part of the university teams and train under attentive mentors and experienced professionals.
The university boasts of various student run clubs that organize specific events throughout the year. These are Anubhooti - the Dramatics Club, Dance Club, Euphony, the Singing Club, a Creative Arts Society, Saanskruti, the event Management Club in addition to our very own Rotaract Club (under our Parent sponsor club Rotary Manyata) and an NSS wing.
Akaira remains the biggest cultural event organized by the university for its students, with a footfall of around 6000+ attendees while La Scena, an inter university fest organized yearly by Anubhooti witnesses the highest number of colleges other than our own participating to win laurels. All major national holidays are celebrated by having collaborative performances among these various clubs and students are always encouraged in being active members of multiple societies.
