RESEARCH CENTERSResearch Publications
At FDS, there is a strong emphasis on publishing research findings in reputable academic journals and presenting work at conferences. Faculty members and students are encouraged to disseminate their research outputs to contribute to the global knowledge base. The university may provide support in terms of editing, proofreading, and funding publication fees to facilitate the dissemination process.

Intramural Seed Grants
At FDS, Intramural Seed Grants are provided to faculty biannually interested in undertaking research in their domain of interest. The funds are released after approval and acceptance of the proposal presentation by expert committee.
Ph.D. Scholars
Scholars from different fields collaborate on interdisciplinary projects to tackle complex challenges and explore new frontiers of knowledge. The university encourages cross-pollination of ideas, facilitating interactions between researchers in various disciplines through conferences, workshops, and interdisciplinary research centers. Currently there are 4 Faculty who have obtained PhD from outside RUAS and 9 Faculty who have obtained PhD from RUAS. Another 9 Faculty are currently pursuing PhD at FDS.
Patents
Patents enable FDS to improve its ranking, establish an innovation ecosystem, and incubate knowledge-based start-ups and also to measure research activity.
