Dr. Rohit Prasad is a clinician par excellence and an accomplished academician with over 10 years of experience. Graduated from the prestigious JSS Dental College and Hospital, Mysore, and then went ahead to pursue his MDS from DAPMRV Dental College and Hospital in Periodontology and Implantology. He has been an achiever throughout his student life and went on to secure 3rd Rank in RGUHS University MDS Exam in 2010 MDS Examination. He was also awarded by RSST Trust for his academic excellence. He is a recipient of the Fellowship of International Congress of Oral Implantologist (USA) and also is an active member of the Indian Society of Oral Implantologist (ISOI). Currently, he is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Dental Sciences, Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences. His areas of expertise include Periodontal Surgeries (Gum Surgeries), Dental Implant Surgeries, and LASER dentistry. He has published various research papers in journals of national and international repute. Dr. Rohit has been awarded “Best Paper Presentation” in various national forums. His approachability and quest for knowledge make him well recognized by his students and peers alike and is equally regarded in high esteem by his patients who vouch for his professional conduct and precise clinical skills. His Army background and ability to connect with people of various ethnic diaspora adds to his advantage
