I completed my M.Sc. nursing in medical surgical nursing from Vivekanandha college of nursing, Tamil Nadu. I have a total experience of 09 years which includes both clinical and teaching experience.
Currently pursuing fellowship in patient safety through association of nurse executives in collaboration with patient safety foundation movement, USA.
Currently working as an assistant professor at Ramaiah Institute of Nursing Education and Research.

Worked as a staff nurse in adult intensive care unit for one year at Ramachandra hospitals, Chennai.

- Underwent a training programme on simulation based education conducted by indian nursing council
- My primary research interest is in the area of intensive care unit and patient safety. Intensive care unit nurses play a vital role in the whole process of treatment and care for patients in different critical health conditions.
