Department of Community Health Nursing
The Department of Community Health Nursing is the synthesis of nursing and public health practice applied to promote and protect the health of the population. It combines all the basic elements of professional, clinical nursing with public health and community practice.
The Department prepares students to undertake the socially conscious task of providing health care to rural and urban communities. Students are taught to recognise the importance of health, prevent diseases, and promote positive health.

Department of Community Health Nursing, RINER having a separate community health lab with all equipment’s for education and practice of students to be familiar with community situation and to learn the basic skill and nursing procedures which has to be performed in the community settings.
