Mr. Yogeendra Prabhu is an Associate Professor at the Department of Nursing Foundation under the Faculty of Ramaiah Institute of Nursing Education and Research, RUAS, and carries with him 18 years of domain experience. He obtained his Basic B.Sc. Nursing degree from Florence College of Nursing, Bengaluru (2002), M.Sc. Nursing degree from Dr. M.V. Shetty Institute of Health Sciences, Mangaluru (2007).
He is keenly interested in research concerning; nursing, dialysis, and NCDs. He has been part of the funded research projects as a primary investigator and co-investigator. He has published many research articles in indexed international journals. He has also undergone training in quantitative and qualitative research.
He has steadily added to his academic knowledge with training in Educational Methodology at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru. He has also successfully completed “Nurses Training of Trainers (TOT) on Tuberculosis under the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM)” certified by Indian Nursing Council. He completed BLS course from CMC, Vellore.
