I have 21 years of teaching & industry experience, which brings a rich blend of theoretical insights & practical expertise. I have played an active role in industrial training & job placements of students at national and international chains of hotels. I have also contributed in curriculum designing as per CBCS system.Besides academics I have worked as an Executive Housekeeper in one of the hotels in Bareilly that helped me to gain operational insights.My diverse experience in learning & working within the hospitality industry has empowered me to offer my students a comprehensive understanding of hotel management. Through practical insights & theoretical knowledge gained over the years, I am well-equipped to prepare them for dynamic challenges of industry.I have participated in several FDPs,national and international conferences,workshops.I have research paper publications in peer reviewed journals with 110 citations
