Mrs. Latha U S is pursuing Ph.D. in Nursing at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health sciences, Bangalore in the area of developmental care of preterm neonates with special emphasis on neurodevelopmental care at NICU. She has a consolidated clinical experience of 5 years 10 months at NICU, Ramaiah Memorial Hospital and academic experience of 12 years. She has expertise in the area of clinical teaching at ICU and NICU. She is also currently pursuing Fellowship in Patient safety under the association of nurse executives India collaboration with Patient safety movement foundation, USA
