Pursuing Ph.D. in Psychiatric Nursing from National Consortium for Ph.D. Nursing, Indian Nursing council in the area of Infectious disease with special emphasis on its long-term psychological impact on nurses. Have a consolidated industrial experience of 2 years, 7 months and academic experience of 9 years, 3 months. Have expertise in the areas of therapeutic communication techniques, stress management, student and patient counselling and basic deaddiction management techniques.
Currently working as Assistant Professor / Lecturer at the Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences in the Mental Health Nursing department of Ramaiah Institute of Nursing Education & Research.
