International Conference on Integrative Health and Well Being
The Integrative Health Wellness (IHW) 2022 conference was held from December 16 – 18 at Kanha Shanti Vanam, the headquarters of Heartfulness Institute. The conference was supported by the Ministry of AYUSH, Telangana Horticulture department, NIPER, Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, NIMHANS, AIIMS Raipur, and Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University. Many National and global experts shared evidence based research information and it was a great experiential learning.
Honourable Chancellor Dr. M R Jayaram, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Kuldeep Kumar Raina, and Dean — Research of Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences Dr. Krishnamurthy Jayanna graced the occasion. Honourable Chancellor in his key note address highlighted the importance of Integrative Health in the modern era. The Vice Chancellor emphasised the need to align the future research with the theme of the conference.
Dr. Krishnamurthy Jayanna Dean Research and Innovation RUAS, and Dr. G G Gangadharan, Director RISA actively took part in panel discussion on Integrative approaches to Health and Well Being.
Faculties and PhD Scholars from Faculty of Life Allied Health Sciences and Ramaiah Indic Specialty Ayurveda restoration hospital presented their research work as oral presentations and posters related to Integrative Medicine at the conference.
