Value Added Course -Yoga & Wellness

The Housekeeping Department, Faculty of Hospitality Management and Catering Technology organized a Value-Added Course on “Yoga & Wellness” for first-year students on 23rd January 2025 at the Yoga Hall, Ramaiah Indic Specialty Ayurveda Restoration Hospital.The session was led by Mr. Nagendra Belavadi, a Yoga Therapist from the same hospital.

The purpose of this course was to introduce students to the world of yoga. The students actively participated, beginning with Surya Namaskar and concluding with meditation.

The event was well-received, providing students with valuable insights into the benefits of yoga and wellness.
