The Bharat Lead Summit 2026: A Resounding Success in Leadership and Innovation

The Bharat Lead Summit 2026 concluded with remarkable enthusiasm and significant impact, serving as a vibrant platform to foster leadership, innovation, and dialogue aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.

Organized by the LEADS Next Gen Centre – RUAS, in collaboration with the Faculty of Management and Commerce and Ramaiah Technology Business Incubator (RTBI), the summit showcased a robust, ecosystem-driven approach to entrepreneurship and leadership development. The event garnered significant media attention and was featured in prominent publications, including The South India Times and Ramanagara Vartha, underscoring its national relevance.

The summit was graced by Chief Guest Padma Shri Dr. C. N. Manjunath, Hon’ble Member of Parliament (Bengaluru Rural), whose keynote address emphasized the critical pillars of leadership, resilience, and nation-building. We were further honored by the presence of Guest of Honour Dr. Ramanan Ramanathan, Founding Director of the Atal Innovation Mission and former Additional Secretary at NITI Aayog.

A major highlight of the summit was the participation of over 24 CEOs and industry luminaries. These leaders contributed through high-level panel discussions, fireside chats, and expert sessions. Additionally, the event featured a hands-on workshop on Pitch Deck Development and Fundraising Mechanisms, providing participants with practical strategies for startup scalability and investment readiness.
