Shodh 2025
The Office of Research & Innovation (ORI), Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (RUAS), successfully organised the 2nd Research Scholars Symposium – SHODH 2025 on 11–12 December 2025 at the Ramaiah Technology Campus, Peenya. The symposium aimed to nurture a vibrant research ecosystem, promote interdisciplinary collaboration, and showcase the diverse research strengths of RUAS scholars. The inaugural session featured addresses by Dr. Sarat Kumar Maharana, Dr. B. S. Nanda Kumar, and Dr. T. Niranjan Prabhu, with an inspiring keynote by the Chief Guest, K. P. Murthy, who highlighted the role of innovation and translational research in national development.
The two-day event witnessed over 70 research presentations by PhD scholars across eight technical sessions covering health sciences, materials research, artificial intelligence and quantum computing, and sustainable technologies with societal impact. Invited talks by Anshuman Behera and Gurumurthy Hegde, Professor & Director, CARD, further enriched the academic discourse. SHODH 2025 facilitated meaningful scholarly exchange, strengthened research communication skills, and reaffirmed RUAS’s commitment to high-quality, socially relevant research aligned with sustainability and innovation, concluding with a valedictory session and distribution of participation certificates.
