"Service to Society" Initiative by the Department of Aerospace and Automotive Engineering, FET

The Department of Aerospace and Automotive Engineering at M. S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (MSRUAS) organized a community outreach event, Service to Society, at the Bless Society of Rural and Urban Development. Led by faculty members Mr. Rajashekhara Reddy, Mr. Kiran K R, and Mr. Adarsh Krishnamurthy, around 40 students actively participated in the initiative.

The event, fully sponsored by MSRUAS, aimed to support underprivileged orphans and visually impaired individuals of all ages. The students donated essential groceries, stationery, self-help books, fruits, sanitary pads, and special gifts for the winners of various games. Engaging in interactive activities, they created a joyful and memorable evening for the children.

Mr. Vaijinath S. Bondenor, the head of Bless Society, shared insights into the organization's mission, which supports over 100 underprivileged individuals. Inspired by his words, students showed great enthusiasm in interacting with the children.

The event was made possible with the support of Dr. Jayahar Sivasubramanian, HoD of Aerospace and Automotive Engineering, and the university management. Their encouragement enabled students to contribute meaningfully to society, leaving a lasting impact on the community.
