RUAS Signing MoU with Ceaser Ritz Colleges Switzerland

Faculty of Hospitality Management and Catering Technology (FHMCT), Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (RUAS), organized a significant academic and industry engagement programme marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Swiss Education Group and César Ritz Colleges Switzerland on 17th November 2025. The MoU aims to strengthen international collaboration in hospitality education by creating opportunities for academic exchange, global exposure, curriculum enrichment, and future progression pathways for students. The event reflected FHMCT’s commitment to aligning its academic practices with global hospitality standards and fostering international partnerships that enhance student learning and professional development.

As part of this occasion, Chef Alain Müller, a distinguished culinary expert associated with César Ritz Colleges Switzerland, visited the campus and conducted an exclusive Masterclass for the students. During the session, Chef Müller shared his extensive industry experience, demonstrated advanced culinary techniques, and discussed global trends and expectations within professional kitchens. The interactive masterclass provided students with valuable insights into international culinary practices, professionalism, creativity, and precision required in the global hospitality industry. The event was well-received by students and faculty and proved to be an enriching learning experience, reinforcing the importance of global exposure and practical knowledge in hospitality education.
