Leadership Talk 6.0: The Shift to Capability-Based Hiring

The Centre for Leadership Empowerment Attitude Development for Sustainability (LEADS Next Gen Centre) organized Catalyst Insight – Leadership Talk Series 6.0 on 30 January 2026. The event, held at 11:00 AM in the MDP Hall, Faculty of Management & Commerce, Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, was a resounding success, marked by enthusiastic participation from both students and faculty.
