FHMCT Signs MoU with THSC to Strengthen Hospitality Skill Development

The Faculty of Hospitality Management and Catering Technology (FHMCT), Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council (THSC) on 4th September 2025 to foster academic–industry collaboration and enhance skill development in the hospitality sector.

The MoU was signed in the esteemed presence of Mr. Rajan Bahadur, CEO- THSC, and Mr. Vaibhav Verma- VP THSC, Prof. R. V. Ranganath Provost (Engineering & Allied Sciences) Dean - Academics and Dean - Quality Assurance, Mr. S. Ashok Rao, Registrar, Prof. Abby Mathew, Dean, FHMCT, This collaboration aims to strengthen industry-relevant training, certification, and capacity-building initiatives, thereby equipping students with future-ready skills and creating opportunities for placements, internships, and professional growth in the hospitality domain.
