Chef Varun Sharma Leads Plant-Based Culinary Arts Training of Trainers
Chef Varun Sharma, founder of Bodhi Greens and a culinary and nutrition expert known for championing whole-food, plant-based cuisine, conducted a Training of Trainers (ToT) from December 11th to 13th, 2025 at Faculty of Hospitality Management and Catering Management, RUAS. The event focused on Plant-Based Culinary Arts.
In this program, he led experienced chefs and instructors through foundational and advanced plant-based cooking techniques, emphasizing practical skills, nutritional insight, and sustainable culinary practices. The training aimed to equip participants with the ability to teach and promote plant-based culinary methods effectively, fostering healthier eating habits and expanding knowledge of plant-centric food preparation in diverse settings
