Student Seminar on "Verbal and Non Verbal Communication Skills”

The Department of Front Office, Faculty of Hospitality Management and Catering Technology (FHMCT), Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (RUAS), is organizing a Student Seminar on "Verbal and Non Verbal Communication Skills." The event is scheduled to take place on 28th October 2025. Themed "Enhancing Guest Experience Through Effective Communication," this student-led session aims to highlight the critical importance of mastering communication in the hospitality industry. The seminar will provide practical insights into how both spoken language and non-verbal cues shape guest perceptions and contribute to service excellence. The session will be presented by senior students Ms. Chaithanya (4th Year), Ms. Charanya (3rd Year), and Mr. Yagnesh (3rd Year).
