Staff Development Program for Administrative and Technical Staff

This comprehensive 10-day (3 hours daily) training program is designed to enhance the capabilities of non-teaching staff at M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (MSRUAS). The program addresses seven critical skill categories identified through organizational needs assessment, aligning with the university's vision of excellence in education and administration.

The training covers Communication Skills, Computer & Technology Proficiency, Administrative Competencies, Professional Development, Technical Skills, and Compliance Documentation. Each day is structured to provide a balanced mix of theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice, ensuring participants can immediately apply their learning to their daily responsibilities.
