Fifth Workshop on “Essential Midwifery Procedures – Skill Enhancement”

The Department of OBG Nursing at Ramaiah Institute of Nursing Education and Research, RUAS, is conducting its 5th hands-on workshop on “Essential Midwifery Procedures – Skill Enhancement” on May 18th and 19th, 2025, at the Ramaiah Institute of Nursing Education and Research Auditorium.

This workshop aims to enhance the competencies of nurses and nursing students in essential midwifery procedures. Participants will gain knowledge and skills in antenatal, intranatal, and postnatal care, including labour support, immediate newborn care, episiotomy, breastfeeding techniques, and family education. It is designed in line with updated obstetric guidelines to promote safe motherhood and quality maternal care.
