BayIND x RUAS - Cohort 4

Faculty of Management and Commerce (FMC) hosting the 4th cohort of the BayIND x RUAS Summer School Immersion Programme from 18th to 22nd August 2025!

About BayIND:
The Bavarian-Indian Centre for Business and University Cooperation (BayIND) promotes academic exchange, cultural collaboration, and joint research between institutions in Bavaria, Germany, and India. Over the last three years, our collaboration with BayIND has been a resounding success, fostering meaningful learning experiences, cultural understanding, and strong international partnerships.

This Year’s Delegation:
We are honoured to welcome 22 German students and 3 faculty members from various universities across Bavaria, Germany. The students, aged between 18 and 32 years, come from diverse academic backgrounds, bringing a wealth of perspectives to our campus.

FMC is proud to host this meticulously planned international event, where 20 MBA students from RUAS will collaborate with the German students on mini-projects built around a central, predefined theme.

The projects will focus on integrating:

• Innovation: New ideas, products, services, or processes.
• Responsibility: Social, environmental, and ethical practices within the Indian entrepreneurship context.

Programme Highlights:

• Collaborative research: Between German and MBA students.
• Expert lecture series: Curated with eminent speakers from entrepreneurship and start-up ecosystems.
• Visits to various start-ups and industries: In and around Bengaluru to provide real-world exposure and insights

This is another significant milestone for FMC, and truly proud of this collaboration. This event not only facilitates academic exchange but also promotes cultural exchange
