I am Bela Bishwas, Assistant Lecturer at the Ramaiah Institute of Nursing Education and Research. I am passionate about teaching and strive to make my classes interactive so that students can clearly understand and retain the concepts taught. I incorporate experiences from my clinical background to design real-life scenarios during skill training sessions, which help students develop critical thinking and apply theoretical knowledge in practical situations. While I do not have a specific area of interest, I remain eager to learn and take every opportunity to expand my knowledge in new topics whenever possible.
