Overview
In recent years, musculoskeletal physiotherapists have established an important role within the integrated care continuum, ranging from acute traumatic care to chronic outpatient care. According to a report from Market Research Guru, the global market size for musculoskeletal diseases treatment is expected to grow from $4836.9 million in 2022 to $6390.36 million by 2028, at a CAGR of 4.75% during the forecast period.
The demand for musculoskeletal specialists is rapidly increasing. This is due in part to the pandemic, which caused many companies to move to remote work. The makeshift working conditions led to an increase in back and joint pain. The graduates of the MPT in Musculoskeletal Sciences course are prepared to address the evolving needs of the healthcare industry, focusing on evidence-based practices, diagnostic techniques, and comprehensive treatment approaches.
The MPT in Musculoskeletal Sciences course syllabus is designed to equip physical therapists with advanced knowledge and skills in managing musculoskeletal conditions. Graduates are poised to make a significant impact, contributing to the growing field of musculoskeletal health, whether in clinical practice, research, or leadership roles within healthcare organisations.
