Mr. Jyothi Shankar has been the Director of Transferable Skills and Leadership Development at RUAS since July 2015. He has amassed over 32 years of cross-cultural insights and rich domain knowledge through working for the manufacturing & service industry, multinational corporations and various academic institutions. He has lent his professional expertise towards a wide gamut of services. These include business unit management, solution consulting, training competency development, training design, content development, relationship management, process set up and improvement, project management, business development, sales/pre-sales contract development and management.
