Ms Chandrakala D P is an Assistant Professor with the Department of Management Studies – Hospitality under the Faculty of Hospitality Management and Catering Technology, RUAS. Well-versed in MS office, research methodology, data analysis, project management, statistics and operational excellence, she has Six Sigma Green and Black Belt certifications to her name. She has consistently distinguished herself during her career in higher education. Her work focused on An Empirical Analysis of Risk Perception towards Mutual Funds – A Study of Women Investors in Bengaluru (concerning Sharekhan)” was presented and subsequently published at the Mysore International Conference. She has a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, General from M S Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences. Besides completing an internship on the study of organisation structure at Rittal Pvt Ltd, she was part of a group project to carry out an analysis of fundraising opportunities for AWAKE through private financial institutions. Her article on Blockchain Technology in Travel and Tourism Industry — FHMCT has appeared in the Hospitium Magazine (RUAS).
