MoU with University of Europe for Applied Sciences (Germany)
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of Europe for Applied Sciences was signed on 31 March 2020 for a tenure of eight years. This collaboration primarily focuses on academic enrichment through distinguished lectures and opportunities for higher studies. Under this MoU, the institution has facilitated two distinguished lectures and supported two students in pursuing higher education opportunities abroad, strengthening global exposure and academic mobility for learners.

MoU with Project Management Associates (PMA)
The MoU with Project Management Associates was signed on 11 March 2022 for a duration of five years. Through this partnership, 13 students and three faculty members have enrolled in PMA’s programs, significantly enhancing competencies in project management. The collaboration has also resulted in two distinguished lectures and the launch of one joint academic program. Additionally, FMC received the Institutional Excellence Award, recognizing the school's contribution to project management education.

MoU with ISDC
The MoU with ISDC was formalized on 20 July 2022 for three years. This partnership has supported faculty involvement (four members) and facilitated two distinguished lectures. ISDC has also extended sponsorship for FMC events, contributing to institutional development. Moreover, the MoU has led to the introduction of two joint academic programs, fostering academic advancement and industry alignment.

MoU with IEEE
Signed on 1 August 2022 for a period of five years, the MoU with IEEE has enabled extensive student and faculty engagement. A total of 16 students and eight faculty members have participated in IEEE-led activities. The collaboration has delivered two distinguished lectures and a joint Management Development Programme (MDP). The partnership also resulted in a Certification Programme on Technology & Innovation Management, supporting technical and managerial upskilling.

MoU with ACCA
The MoU with ACCA, signed on 18 January 2023 for three years, has substantially strengthened professional accounting education at the institution. A total of 39 students and four faculty members have benefited from this engagement. The MoU has facilitated two distinguished lectures and enabled faculty exchange initiatives, contributing to global-standard curriculum exposure.

MoU with Avasta Learning Private Limited
On 22 September 2023, the institution signed a three-year MoU with Avasta Learning Private Limited. This collaboration has supported faculty exchange involving seven members and facilitated four distinguished lectures. The MoU also enabled the introduction of PhD and Digital Business Management (DBM) programs, along with a dedicated one-day synopsis workshop in Digital Business Management, strengthening academic rigor and research culture.

MoU with Employability Life
The one-year MoU signed on 5 February 2024 with Employability.Life focuses on enhancing employability skills. The collaboration has enabled 10 students and two faculty members to participate in career-development activities and has included two distinguished lectures aimed at improving workplace readiness.

MoU with 24/7
A one-year MoU with 24/7 was signed on 1 February 2025 to support student skill development in communication and workplace competencies. As part of this partnership, 75 students and two faculty members have been engaged in training programs. The collaboration has also included two distinguished lectures and extended participation opportunities to the School of Social Sciences.

MoU with DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service)
The MoU with DAAD was established on 26 February 2025 for a duration of one year and focuses on international academic and research collaboration. The partnership has facilitated 15 student exchanges, one faculty exchange, and six distinguished lectures. Additionally, it has resulted in one joint proposal and ongoing collaborative research, expanding global academic integration and scholarly visibility.

FMC Signs MoU with Simlight Technologies
The Faculty of Management and Commerce (FMC), Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, signed an MoU with Simlight Technologies on 20 November 2025 to strengthen industry–academia collaboration.
This partnership will support student development through industry-driven training, workshops, expert sessions, and collaborative projects. Simlight Technologies will work with FMC to enhance curriculum relevance and provide practical exposure aligned with current industry needs.
The MoU reinforces FMC’s commitment to offering meaningful, experience-based learning opportunities that prepare students for the evolving business and technology landscape.
FMC has collaborated with AIMA
FMC collaborates with AIMA (All India Management Association), a prestigious organization dedicated to advancing management education and professional development in India. This partnership marks a significant milestone in FMC's commitment to providing students with world-class learning opportunities and industry exposure. Through this collaboration, FMC students gain access to AIMA's extensive network of resources, including research publications, conferences, and certification programs, which enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of management. Furthermore, the collaboration strengthens FMC's academic offerings and reinforces its reputation as a leading institution in management education. Together, FMC and AIMA aim to empower students with the knowledge and capabilities to excel in the dynamic business environment of today and tomorrow.
International MoU's- University of Memphis and Global University System (GUS) :
University of Memphis, USA
The University welcome students looking for pursuing Masters in Engineering and Management from RUAS. Moreover, Faculty of Management and Commerce has forged collaboration with the Professors at University of Memphis to act as Doctoral Examiner to the Ph.D. Scholar.
Global University System (GUS)
GUS is consortium of Universities. In particular, the Faculty of Management and Commerce Students can apply to Arden University at Germany with Work Permit for 12 months after graduation.
Awards & Achievements

FMC launched its very own maiden MDP on Saturday the 11th of June 2022 with RightEdge!! The MDP received huge participation from the industries as well as in house students!!

Ms. Shilpa R.G., Assistant Professor, FMC obtained her Invention shortlisted for Patenting 2021-22 . There were more than 45 Inventions across University. Ms. Shilpa's Invention was in Top 20
