Dr. Chanchala is associated with MSRUAS in the Faculty of Management and Commerce as an Assistant Professor. She has an Engineering and MBA degree with dual specialization in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management. She comes with over 11 years of industry experience in both corporate and academia. She has earlier worked with major IT and healthcare firms. Pursuing her deep inclination for research and teaching she went on to qualify the UGC/NET-JRF and earned her PhD from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. Dr. Chanchala is currently working in her interest area of Indian R&D leadership.
