RUAS signed MoU with ETA Technology Pvt. Ltd. on the auspicious occasion of Engineer’s Day as well as commensuration of the Birth Anniversary of Bharat Ratna, Sir M. Visvesvaraya at the Peenya Campus. ETA Technology is a Machine Tool MSME in Peenya Industrial Area with a customer base across 20+ countries. In addition, the University had organized Invited Talks, and Panel Discussion from eminent Experts along with Student Competitions. Prof. K.K. Raina, Vice Chancellor — RUAS and Prof. M. Sai Baba, Registrar — RUAS graced the MoU Signing Ceremony along with the Dean, HoD – Dept. of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering and Faculty Members of FET. On the contrary, Sri Sumesh Sadasivan, Director represented ETA Technology Pvt. Ltd. during the Event. The MoU intends to cooperate and participate in the areas of dissemination of Academic Information, conducting Joint Events, Collaborative Research in the areas of Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Software, Product Design and Allied Areas. In addition, utilization of research facilities is also being explored along with Internships/​Projects to Students at ETA Technology Pvt. Ltd. Both, RUAS and ETA Technology Pvt. Ltd. are looking forward for a long-term Industry-Academia partnership for the benefit of all the stakeholders and society.
