The 14^th Meeting of Research and Innovation Council (RIC) was organized by the Research Division of our University. The Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of RUAS, Prof. K. K. Raina chaired the RIC meeting. The meeting was attended by Pro Vice Chancellors, Prof. Govind R. Kadambi and Prof. Anindya Sen, along with the Registrar, Prof. M. Sai Baba.

The new External RIC Members include Dr. Shervanthi Homer Vanniasinkam, Consultant Vascular Surgeon, Leeds Vascular Institute, Leeds General Infirmary, UK; Prof. Ashok Banerjee, Indian Institute of Management Calcutta; Prof. S. Asokan, Professor and Chairman, Department of Instrumentation and Applied Physics, Indian Institute of Science; Dr. Shashi Bala, Director NIPER, Hyderabad; Dr. Prem Mony, Professor Epidemiology and Vice Dean, St. Johns Research Institute; Dr. Deepak Mehta, Adjunct Professor Savitha University, Chennai and Visiting Researcher Tohoku University, Japan; Dr. M. Girish Chandra, TCS Innovation Laboratory; Dr. P. Sadananda Maiya, Chairman, Maiyas Beverages and Foods Pvt. Ltd. Around 13 Agenda points were discussed during the meeting. All Deans and HoDs actively participated during the RIC meeting.
