Young Chef, Young Maître D'hôtel, And Young Mixologist Competition
In an impressive display of skill and professionalism, R Paresh Singh, a final year BHM student of FHMCT, emerged victorious as India Champion 2024 at the ‘Young Chef, Young Maître d'hôtel and Young Mixologist’ competition in the Maître d'hôtel category. The competition conducted by WorldYYY at Taj Lands End, Bandra, Mumbai, on the 28th and the 29th of July, is renowned for its rigorous standards and tough race, showcasing the talents of young hotel professionals from across India.
Paresh excelled in every competition segment, impressing the judges with his poise, professionalism, and deep understanding of the hotel industry. This victory opens the doors to opportunities on the global stage, and Paresh will compete at the international level in Singapore in November 2024.
