Scopus-Indexed Publication: Dr. Puja Krishna Explores Women's Autonomy and Maternal Healthcare

The paper, titled “Women’s Decision-Making Autonomy and Maternal Healthcare Utilisation in Empowered Action Group (EAG) States: Results from the National Family Health Survey (2019–2021)”, has been published in the prestigious Journal of Public Health by Springer Nature.

This rigorous study elucidates the critical link between women’s autonomy and their utilization of maternal healthcare services across the eight Empowered Action Group (EAG) states of India. The research focuses on autonomy as reflected in women's decision-making power concerning Mobility, Financial spending, Household acquisitions, and Self-healthcare.
