Master Class on Menu Planning and Food & Wine Pairing
The Faculty of Hospitality Management and Catering Technology (FHMCT), Department of Food & Beverage Production, organized a Master Class on Menu Planning and Food & Wine Pairing for students of Food and Beverage Production and Service. The session was conducted by Ms. Sonali Athena, a certified expert from the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), and focused on enhancing students’ understanding of contemporary service strategies and global culinary practices.
The class offered valuable industry insights into menu design and food and wine pairing, equipping students with practical skills and in-depth knowledge essential for careers in hospitality. Ms. Athena’s expertise contributed significantly to the students’ academic and professional development.
