Kitchen Skills Certification Programme

The Kitchen Skills Certification Programme, held from 26th to 30th September, from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM, was a 5-day training programme organized by the Faculty of Hospitality Management and Catering Technology (FHMCT), Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (RUAS), in association with Adevo Academy, for Bengaluru Airport Services Limited (BASL). The programme focused on enhancing participants’ practical kitchen skills, culinary knowledge, and professional competencies through structured, hands-on training. It provided an industry-oriented learning experience aimed at strengthening workplace readiness, operational efficiency, and professional kitchen practices, culminating in successful training and certification.
