Innovative Minds Propel Healthcare Forward with Ivision

A student startup team from the Department of Allied Health Sciences (AHS), FLAHS—Poojitha L (Reg. No. 23LAAH403012), Jahnavi R (Reg. No. 23LAAH403005), Harsha K Hallikar (Reg. No. 23LAAH406012), Bharath M (Reg. No. 23LAAH406008) has made waves at the prestigious Pitch & Win event during Rhapsody 3.0, organized by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) with the support of INCeNSE and K-tech. Competing against 70 startup teams nationwide, including established enterprises, their prototype Ivision secured a coveted spot among the top 10 finalists.

Ivision reimagines hospital IV fluid monitoring by offering a simple, affordable alternative to the conventional—and often expensive—infusion pumps. The judges quickly praised the prototype for its elegant simplicity and practical design, affirming that innovation can drive down costs without compromising quality. This remarkable achievement was born from the Entrepreneurship Mindset & Action course, a flagship initiative at RUAS that fosters a multidisciplinary spirit of innovation.
