FHMCT Celebrates 80th Independence Day – Har Ghar Teranga

The Faculty of Hospitality Management and Catering Technology (FHMCT), Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, Bengaluru Office, organized 80th Independence Day celebrations on 13th and 14th August 2026, with the support of the YUVA Tourism Club FHMCT.

The celebrations included an Essay Writing Competition and Quiz Competition, encouraging students to showcase their creativity, knowledge, patriotism, and awareness of India’s heritage and freedom movement. The activities promoted unity, national pride, and responsible citizenship.
