Faculty Award Won at 16th ISPRP National Conference 2026 - Harmony in healing: Periodontium, Pulp and Prosthesis

The 16th National Conference of Indian Society of Prosthodontics-Restorative-Periodontics , held on 21st to 23rd august 2026 at Indra Gandhi Instate of Dental Sciences, Sri Balaji Vidhyapeeth, Puducherry raised awareness about interdisciplinary dental care aiming at improving oral health treatment outcomes and quality of life. Day one started off with an inauguration followed by key note speeches by renowned practitioners and professors in the 3 specialities followed by scientific sessions that set the stage for vital discussions in treatment options in dentistry. On day two, esteemed speakers presented insights into best practices and innovative approaches in interdisciplinary oral health care which was open for panel discussion.

Among the highlights, Dr. B H Harshitha Gowda presented a paper titled “A Split Mouth Clinical Trial Comparing Bone Formation using Autogenous Partially Demineralised Tooth Matrix with Injectable Platelet Rich Plasma with Xenograft”.Her research garnered significant attention, earning her the 2ndplace for Best Paper Presentation.
