Egg Preparation Workshop
A seminar and workshop were conducted as part of the BHM I Semester Fundamentals of Food and Beverage Production course by VII semester BHM students, Ms. Kavya and Mr. Jason, at the Faculty of Hospitality Management and Catering Technology (FHMCT), RUAS. The session focused on egg cookery, featuring 12 different preparations and techniques, which were clearly demonstrated and well-explained. The interactive nature of the workshop engaged students from Batch 2024 (Sections A, B, and C), allowing them to gain both theoretical insights and practical exposure. The event was well-received, with participants appreciating the clarity of demonstrations and the opportunity to learn hands-on. The workshop proved to be a valuable learning experience that enhanced students’ understanding of basic culinary techniques and professional kitchen practices.
