Course Leader for Interns' Professional Core Elective in Aesthetic Dentistry

Dr. Anu Elsa Swaroop served as the course leader for the Interns' Professional Core Elective on Aesthetic Dentistry, conducted over 15 days (January 1st – 15th). This course provided students with essential skills in aesthetic dentistry, focusing on patient assessment and aesthetic procedures.

Students gained knowledge of dental aesthetics principles, learned to assess patient needs, and performed direct anterior restorations using composite resins. They were also trained in tooth whitening techniques and dental photography. The course aimed to equip students with practical expertise to deliver personalized aesthetic treatments that enhance both function and appearance.
