Congratulations to Ms. Manya M.V., B.Sc. II Year, II Semester, Food Technology Student, on Becoming a Finalist in ‘Speak for India – Karnataka Edition’

We are proud to celebrate the exceptional achievement of Ms. Manya M.V., a student of B.Sc. Food Technology, Department of Food Technology, Faculty of Life and Allied Health Sciences, Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (RUAS), for emerging as one of the top 8 finalists in the prestigious ‘Speak for India – Karnataka Edition’ debate competition, organized by the Times of India.

Competing against more than 22,000 participants from colleges across Karnataka, Manya impressed the judges with her eloquence, critical thinking, and confident stage presence. At the grand finale held at Kristu Jayanti College, Bengaluru, she delivered a powerful speech in support of the motion: “Artificial Intelligence & Algorithms – Are They Taking Away Our Privacy?”, Her compelling arguments earned her accolades and a cash prize of ₹50,000.
