ANVESHAN 2024 – South Zone Student Research Convention Hosted by RUAS

ANVESHAN 2024 – A South Zone Student Research Convention the prestigious event was hosted by M S Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences in collaboration with the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) on February 20th and 21st, 2025 at Dwaraka Audiorium, Gnanagangothri campus.

The event inaugurated by Sri. Priyank Kharge, IT-BT Minister, Government of Karnataka the event encouraged students to contribute to India’s growth and leverage Karnataka’s innovation ecosystem. Sri. Sharan Prakash Patil, Minister of Medical Education, RUAS highlighted the role of AI and technological advancements in addressing global challenges. 

ANVESHAN 2024 brought together participants from five southern states of India, fostering a vibrant exchange of knowledge and innovation. We are thrilled to share that over 310 students from 35+ universities presented 130+ ground breaking projects across six diverse disciplines. 

A distinguished panel of 21 esteemed jury members meticulously evaluated these projects, and three outstanding teams from each discipline have been promoted to compete at the International Level Student Research Convention at Chitkara University on March 10th and 11th, 2025.

We are also proud to announce that one team (Social Sciences Category) from RUAS has been selected as a finalist from the South Zone to represent at the international level (First Place). This remarkable achievement is a testament to the exceptional talent and innovation nurtured at MSRUAS.
